story
My Journey from Photography to Filmmaking
It all started with my wife convincing me to buy a camera before we went on a cruise. We stood in line for hours on Black Friday, determined to get the best deal. Once on the cruise, I set the camera to auto, not knowing much about it, and took a picture of a flower on the beach with the clear blue water in the background. To my surprise, the shot looked like something out of a magazine! The problem? I had no idea how I had pulled it off.
After the trip, I began to explore photography more deeply and fell in love with storytelling through images. Weddings, families, and various events became my canvas. Then, one day, a videographer friend mentioned how much harder filming a wedding was compared to photographing one. At first, I thought, "I could never learn that." But the thought wouldn’t leave me.
I kept reflecting on how photos can capture a moment, but they have limitations. The more I considered it, the more I realized that using film, clips, and music could uncover layers of a story that photos alone couldn't. That’s when my journey into filmmaking truly began.
Our Story
I am truly blessed by God above, who has gifted me with a smart and beautiful bride of my own, Jennifer. We’ve been married for over 17 wonderful years, and together we’ve built a life filled with love, faith, and joy. We’ve also been blessed with four amazing, bright, and gifted children: Lillian, Emmitt, Charalotte, and Elloise. (Yes, we have a thing for double letters in our names!)
Jennifer and I were both born and raised in Kentucky, where our roots run deep. Shortly after we married, we felt God guiding us to move to Tulsa, Oklahoma, where we spent 14 incredible years. It was there that we built the foundation of our family and strengthened our faith. Tulsa was amazing to us.
Fourteen years later, we felt the same pull to return to our hometown in Kentucky. Now that we bleed UK blue again (Go CATS!), we’re excited to see where this chapter in our story takes us.

Wedding Day Coverage +
We offer lots of services to capture your wedding day beautifully. Up to a full-day coverage, capturing every special moment from start to finish. This includes filming the getting-ready process, first looks, letter or vow readings, couple and individual shoots, the ceremony, and the reception—culminating with a (faux) exit. With two videographers and aerial footage, we ensure no angle is missed. We also cover pre-wedding events like the rehearsal dinner, lake day, brunch, or off-site parties. We'll be there every step of the way.
Solo Films
Our highlight films are designed to be cherished family keepsakes, preserving the most important moments of your wedding day. To make your memories even more special, we offer films that include full sessions of your key events. Want the full beginning and end of your letter readings? Or maybe a complete ceremony film, capturing the entire wedding party’s entrance and exit? We've got you covered! We'll capture the details of the day so you can relive it for years to come.
Love Stories
